• Device tokens are not stored or linked to personal information.
• Notifications are sent to groups, not individuals.
• The system is designed solely to deliver relevant weather updates and briefings.

3. Data Security

Since we do not store personal data, there is no personal information to protect.

4. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Any significant updates will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" and posting changes here.

By using the New York State Weather Risk Communication Center App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Purpose of the App

The app and its contents are intended for NY government personnel and are not meant to be shared publicly. The app provides daily weather briefings and briefing updates for New York State.

3. User Conduct

Users should not misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation. Users should not share the app download link.

4. Disclaimer

The app provides a mechanism to view NY SWRCC briefs and brief updates, which present weather forecasts prepared using the best available data and expertise of the New York State Weather Risk Communication Center.

5. Limitation of Liability

The NY State Weather Risk Communication Center is not liable for damages resulting from use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
